SANROKU, a Japanese beatmaker, DJ and owner of TRANSIT RECORDS (vinyl store) living in Kochi Prefecture, will release a full beat album "Kou-u" on the independent label SETO CHORD MUSIC in Ehime Prefecture Japan.

The album title "Kou-u" (香雨) means "fragrant rain" in Japanese, and the whole album incorporates rain and rain-like field recordings. The Japanese spirit of "wa(和)" and oriental mood will take your ears and heart to a nostalgic and tranquil world throughout the album.

This album was produced using vintage equipment with a focus on lo-fi sound. I hope that his love, passion and kindness for vinyl, analog texture, one-loop beats and hip-hop will reach you.

高知県在住の日本人ビートメイカー、DJ、TRANSIT RECORDS (vinyl store)のオーナーであるSANROKUによるフルビートアルバム"Kou-u"が愛媛県のインディペンデントレーベルSETO CHORD MUSIC からリリース。

アルバムタイトルの"Kou-u"（香雨）は日本語で"芳しい雨"という意味であり、全編に雨や、雨の様なフィールドレコードディングを取り入れ、日本人の精神である"wa(和)"の心とオリエンタルなムードが、アルバム全体を通してあなたの耳と心を、懐かしく穏やかな世界へと誘います。

本アルバムは、ローファイサウンドを軸に、ビンテージ機材等を用いて製作された。ヴァイナルラバーであり、アナログな質感と、ワンループビート、そしてヒップホップに対する彼の愛と情熱、優しさが、あなたに届く事を祈っています。
